Homework

The content of this book is only the theoretical framework needed to better understand the process of removing stories, which can also be described as the process of inquiry. It is essentially a process of asking questions to ourselves in order to reveal which stories are unfounded and realize that they are just stories/beliefs.

I will recommend different methodologies for this process of inquiry. Different methodologies may work for different people, so if something doesn’t work for you simply try the next one. I am not endorsing any of those methodologies, and I’m not necessarily vouching for anything that those methodologies claim, I see those methodologies only as tools to do self inquiry and ask questions in order to reveal stories.

Please note that I did not read the following PDFs/books that I am including and I don’t know much about those methodologies. I am simply providing them as a point of reference to start your personal journey towards dismantling stories. You should do your own research, investigate those methodologies to see if they are useful to you and also maybe find other methodologies.

Ultimately, it’s about finding methodologies that work for you and that allow you to come up with questions that will put into question your own beliefs.
